You must contact Burning Presses within 3 calendar days of receiving the purchase. It must not have been washed, dried, or worn. Please do not send your purchase back with contacting us first.  We may issue you a new item, partial refund or a full refund instead.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise informed by our store.  It is up to our discretion if a refund will be given.
