Description For your consideration A pair of Vintage NEW Old store stock Boxer shorts Some of these are UK surplus stock, some are USA etc Some are reproduction here is some general information regarding these boxer shorts These are the standard US military issue underwear that was worn in World War Two by all US military service personnel The US Army issued every man 5 pairs of cotton drawers, the boxer shorts where issued to be worn with the tank top t-shirt vest. These replica boxer shorts (drawers) have all the original features like the 3 brown buttons on the front and the cotton ties on each side to adjust the waist size. The replicas are made from 100% cotton so are comfortable to wear. Features: Correct light OD colour. 3 x fish eye style buttons in light brown colour on the waist band to fasten the front. 2 cotton ties in HBT weave (1 on each side), the ties are sewn on the inside and they pop out through two openings so they can be tied on the outside. The cotton ties allow the wearing to adjust the waist size. 100% cotton. Wide waist band design. Shorts are made from 3 panels. Sizes: The “waist adjusts to” is the size that the waist band can be adjusted to with using the two cotton ties on the waist. Please note these are not pre shrunk cotton, so if you wash them on a 60 degree wash they will shrink by 1″ (2.5cm) so either wash them on a cooler wash or allow for 1″ shrinkage when you choose your size.
