Interior seams are heat sealed so rain will not penetrate. Brimmed hood with face protection from the elements keeps you dry even facing into the rain, or rain dripping from the hood. Spot clean, or wash in cold water with a gentle cycle, shake dry. Use only gentle detergent, no Oxiclean additives or Tide brand detergents.
